Brian Bauer is a new media and start-up guy. He has built a reputation as a valued leader for start-up ventures, using his experience in mergers and acquisitions, business process and human capital management to propel high growth businesses to reach their potential.
He is currently a Principal at 100Waters Group, a startup and small business
collective formed to help business owners scale great concepts. He is actively involved with the startup CareTree, Kurfuffl and advising numerous startups in the Chicago entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Previously, he was the Vice President of Operations and Client Services at Cellit, where he played the role of internal mobile stakeholder for numerous Fortune 500 companies and nationally recognized brands. Prior to that, he served as Vice President & General Manager of Barrington Interactive.
He holds an Executive MBA at the University Of Chicago Booth School Of Business and a B.S. in Business Administration from Truman State University. He runs triathlons and is addicted to Diet Coke.
