Brian Alper is a 44 year-old live event expert, marketing agency founder, entrepreneur, and early stage investor. He was the Co-founder of B3 Productions Inc, the Co-founder & President of Beyond Marketing Group, LLC, and the current COO of Ribbon Labs, Inc. For 13 years Brian was integral in Scion’s National marketing efforts, (Toyota’s youth

automotive brand). At BMG, Brian was responsible for over 180M in billings from 2003 – 2018. He’s an early investor in Lifeaid Beverage Company, Raen Optics, Poler Stuff, and Ribbon Labs, Inc. He recently led the strategic development for Kia Motors America’s music marketing strategy working directly with KMA and existing agency partners. He is currently the COO of Ribbon Labs, Inc.

Brian was a former partner and President of Raveworld Networks, Inc. From 1998 – 2001 Raveworld.net was the largest online destination for EDM content with over 1.2 million unique visitors a month. Brian curated a tier-one partnership with Microsoft’s Windows Media Player to develop original content and music programming. He worked with corporate partners like Sony Playstation, USA Films, Universal Music, Red Bull and others.

Brian was also a founding partner of B3 Productions, which created and produced two of Southern California’s most popular dance music festivals from 1997 - 2002. How Sweet It Is was the first electronic dance music festival to sell over 30,000 tickets in March of 2000. HSII broke attendance records again in 2001 selling over 37,000 tickets. Brian’s annual summertime festival; JUJUBEATS was voted party of the year in 1999 by URB Magazine, beating out the likes of Coachella. In 2005 B3 formed a partnership with Insomniac Events to produce How Sweet It Is and was successfully produced in Southern California from 2005 – 2009.
