Braulio Lam is the Chief Product Officer of Payfare. Before that, he was the co-founder and CTO of Pungle where he oversees all technology and development of the Pungle Payments Platform.
Braulio is a software engineering leader, specializing in software engineering and management, with a focus on agile development and software quality. With over
fifteen years of experience, he has specialized in implementing agile software development processes while increasing productivity, decreasing release times, and improving the overall quality of software.
Prior to starting Pungle, Braulio was responsible for the development and DevOps teams at Home Trust supporting merchant services and prepaid issuing. Before that, Braulio held various engineering leadership roles and worked with some very successful, VC-backed startups in Toronto, including Truition, Real Matters, Shop.ca, and Terapeak. He has built software engineering teams from the ground up and has led many software developments, quality assurance, and DevOps teams in multi-tenant SaaS environments.
Braulio is a Professional Engineer and has a Bachelor of Engineering from Carleton University.
