Ms. Shin is a manager of Accounting and Finance based in Los Angeles. Prior to joining USRG, Ms. Shin was involved in managing and retooling operations in her family’s hotel and restaurant business. Prior to returning to Los Angeles, Ms. Shin was with Goldman Sachs’ Global Equity Research Group as the Restaurant Sector Analyst and served as a
financial analyst in the Hospitality Research Team. Ms. Shin was involved in several IPO and Mergers & Acquisitions transactions including the IPO of AFC Enterprises and the white knight defense of ITT Sheraton.
Ms. Shin holds a BS in Management Science with an emphasis in Finance, as well as a BS in Art & Design, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
