Bram develops gasification projects for Synova. He began his career researching combustion, then moved to studying gasification of waste, biomass, and coal. He served as the Dutch representative on the IEA task force on biomass gasification, and was involved in, and later responsible for, development of the MILENA and OLGA technologies at the
energy research institute ECN. He holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from Eindhoven Technical University.
