Bradley Richards is responsible for seeing that DocuLynx customers receive high-quality, cost-effective products—on time, on budget and supported by exceptional customer service. He oversees process improvement, workflow design and technical alignment. Richards joined DocuLynx in fall 2012 to take the helm of the new Service Delivery Organization
formed by the merger of our Operations, IT Operations and Professional Services/Customer Care units. He brings to his role a history of driving operational efficiency and revenue growth for Fortune 500 to middle market companies.
In his former position as Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Information Officer with Dex Media, Richards significantly reduced expenses.
While Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales with Skytel, he dramatically increased sales while implementing changes that eliminated millions in expenses.
Richards achieved similar gains as Chief Financial Officer of Integrated Quality Technologies, increasing revenues and generating organic growth of 30 percent.
Richards earned Bachelor of Arts and Master of Public Administration degrees from the University of Rhode Island and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Kentucky.
