Bradley Manhoff originally learned the bagel business when growing up in the suburbs of Detroit Michigan. Having worked in several bagel factories in both West Bloomfield and while at Michigan State University in Lansing, Michigan. He has experienced the industry starting as counter sales, working up to mixer/ prep then to baker. After
looking for almost 20 years in Arizona and not finding a quality bagel he determined it was time to bring the true back east style and flavored bagels to Arizona.
