Originally from Waupaca, Wisconsin, Pastor Bradley Liebe's passion for leadership was cultivated at North Central University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he embraced his calling in community service and team building. Beginning his career in Fort Myers, Florida, Liebe assumed the role of Student Ministries Director at a local church, serving from January 1992 until November 2000. In this capacity, he orchestrated weekly events to foster personal and spiritual development among young attendees. He also developed curricula and managed programs promoting participants' holistic growth.

Beyond his local community impact, Bradley expertly organized large-scale events that attracted audiences of 100 to over 10,000 participants across the United States and internationally. These events bolstered his reputation as a skilled organizer and mentor, further enhancing his leadership profile.

In December 2000, Liebe expanded his professional scope by relocating to Copenhagen, Denmark, where he served as the Executive Director of a newly established faith-based technical college. Under his leadership, the institution quickly reached a complete enrollment of 50 international students and successfully raised $2 million to establish and maintain the college's operations. His duties included overseeing curriculum development and managing the college's daily activities.

Upon his return to the United States in January 2003, Bradley rejoined his previous church in Fort Myers as Assistant Senior Pastor. His strategic vision was instrumental in expanding the church from a single campus to five regional campuses, including overseeing significant infrastructure and technology upgrades.

In 2009, Liebe took the helm as Lead Pastor at a church in Appleton, Wisconsin. There, he led the congregation to a 500% increase in attendance and financial contributions, successfully managing a substantial budget deficit into a surplus.

In 2013, Bradley transitioned into the financial sector, assuming the presidency of a financial services firm for seniors. Over the past decade, he has been instrumental in helping seniors achieve economic security and prepare confidently for retirement.

Since 2008, Liebe has also been active as a professional speaker and coach, conducting seminars on customer service, team productivity, motivation, and managing change. His practical insights and engaging presentation style have made him a sought-after speaker and coach. In January 2014, Bradley Liebe took on the church's Executive Pastor and COO role, overseeing various ministries and operational functions.
