Bradley Griffith is a nationally-recognized financial and investment professional. His entrepreneurial background makes him uniquely qualified for service on the Company's Board of Directors. His ability to draw on a wide-variety of past financial and operational experience and his skill in providing straight forward analysis and answers to
complex problems will add value to our already talented Board. Having led his businesses during both good and bad economic times, he will be a resource for our emerging group of companies.
Bradley Griffith served as the Vice Chairman of the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) from 2007-2009, which is the highest elected member position at the exchange. During his tenure as Vice Chairman, he guided CBOE through the demutualization process that led to an IPO in 2010. CBOE is the world's largest option exchange, home of VIX. Bradley has been a member of CBOE since 1980. He joined CBOE's Board of Directors in 2005 and has chaired and served on several committees at CBOE throughout his career. He was chairman of CBOE's Financial Planning Committee and also served on the exchange's Allocation, Audit and Compensation Committees.
Bradley was also the managing member of Specialists DPM, LLC, a CBOE Designated Primary Market Maker responsible for creating market liquidity by providing continuous quoting in more than 10,000 options series. He continues as a principal in Edge Specialists, LLC, a provider of state-of-the-art quoting software for options traders and holds patents on this technology.
He is the co-founder of the Tiffani Kim Institute, established in 1998. He owns a real estate company that is developing properties both in Michigan and Illinois. Bradley serves as a trustee of Roosevelt University and is also a member of the Leadership Board at Rush Orthopedic Hospital.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Indiana University in 1978.
