Canadian executive Brad Fauteux (Bradley Fauteux) is a seasoned business strategist with twenty years of executive level and senior management experience. He has earned a Bachelor’s degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and a certification in management from the American Management Association International and Indigenous Studies, Certificate
Indigenous Canada from the University of Alberta.
In 2016, Brad Fauteux founded a Toronto-based strategic advisory and leadership development consulting practice providing consulting services in business strategy, leadership development, government relations, natural resources management, among other expertise areas. As a consultant, Brad has provided ongoing strategic guidance for the Credit Valley Trail, as well as for the Credit Valley Conservation Authority.
During the course of his career, Brad has gained extensive leadership, operational and business management experience, in part through his lengthy work with Ontario’s public parks system. From 2009 to 2012, he served as the Director and Acting Superintendent at the Private Career Colleges Branch/MTCU.
Following this, he worked as the Managing Director of Ontario Parks and the Ministry of Natural Resources. In this position, his leadership was credited for several significant achievements, such as the completion of the Mid Canada Line Project, an $85 million environmental remediation in the north end of Ontario. Brad also established public and private partnerships with over 300 intergovernmental, community, Indigenous and private partners, resulting in the delivery of service to in excess of 10 million clients a year.
Brad has been honored with various recognitions during his career. In 2015, he was recognized with the Environmental Commissioner of Ontario Award, and in 2014, he earned the Tourism Marketing Partnership Award from the Tourism Industry Association of Ontario.
His work in expanding Ontario’s Learn to Camp program, a successful program that grew substantially through social media initiatives, has also been recognized. He served as Senior Director P3 at ENGIE and was a board member of Ontario Trails Council, Wildlands League and Credit Valley Conservation Foundation. He is currently the Vice President, Toronto for Colliers Project Leaders.
