Brad Thompson is Circular Energy’s President and General Counsel. Prior to joining our team, Brad was a client of Circular Energy and a partner at King & Spalding, an international law firm that represents a broad array of clients (including half of the Fortune Global 100).
While there, Brad practiced in the principle areas of complex
commercial disputes – including construction litigation, intellectual property litigation, securities litigation and energy litigation – and was named a “Texas Rising Star”, a recognition earned by fewer than 2.5% of Texas lawyers.
Brad received his J.D. from UT Austin, with honors, and graduated summa cum laude from Baylor University with a B.B.A., double majoring in Economics and International Business. Brad currently serves as an Advisory Board Member to the Center for Global Energy, International Arbitration, and Environmental Law at the University of Texas School of Law.
