Brad Sonnenberg is Senior Vice President-Business Development and Operations at comiXology. An experienced senior executive in the media and communications sector, Brad has led organizations responsible for business development, legal affairs, finance, and operations. He was Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Adelphia Communications,
where he was on the four-person executive committee that revitalized the cable TV and broadband provider and sold it for $17 billion. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Covad Communications, an early pioneer in commercial broadband. Brad’s government experience includes service as General Counsel to the public economic development corporation financing rebuilding at the World Trade Center and surrounding sites, and also in the U.S. Justice Department as an Assistant United States Attorney. He is a graduate of Wesleyan University and the law school at the University of Chicago. Brad is currently reading Avengers Vs. X-Men from Marvel Entertainment.
