Mr. Ralston designs the goals for TRUNO while developing the team and environment to execute. Through his personal conviction to lead by example, Brad is able to motivate for results. Frequently heard around the office using mantras such as, “operate with perfect intentions”, Brad is a hands-on executive with a passion for fostering success.
Brad joined the company in 2006 as the Chief Financial Officer until earning his current position as Chief Executive Officer in 2011. He has successfully led the integration of six acquisitions over the course of his nine years. In November of 2015, Brad stepped into the leadership roll of Chairman of the Board where he remains involved as an integral leader of TRUNO and it's culture.
Prior to becoming a leader here at TRUNO, Brad served as Vice President for Business Development for a regional financial institution. He earned a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University where he was an academic All-American honorable mention for the Red Raider baseball team.
