Brad Knepper, President of ACP got his start in leadership at a young age. Knepper was raised in Eastern Iowa that had a population of only 5,000 people. When it came time to attend college, Knepper attended Iowa State and paid for his education by working several part time jobs, until purchasing a bar when he turned 21. Brad Knepper purchased ACP
in 1999 which, at the time, had one location and 7 employees. Since that time, due to Brad’s leadership, dedication, and passion, ACP has expanded to over a dozen locations across 6 states and employs over 400 people.
Knepper is very passionate about employees growing and advancing through the company and ACP continuing to provide award-winning service to our partners. When he is not at work, Knepper enjoys spending time with his family and attending Rockies and Bronco games and events.
