Mr Hatch is Fairfax Media's head of communications, with group-wide responsibility for managing the company's external and internal communications, spanning corporate affairs, media and public relations, investor and regulatory communications, brand, and community engagement.
Before taking up this role in February 2012, he was a
journalist, holding senior writing and editing roles at The Australian Financial Review, DealBook and AFR BOSS magazine. Prior to this, Brad worked in legal and investment management roles.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Sydney University.
He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Australian Science Media Centre (AusSMC).
