Brad Griffith joined Compass Minerals as senior vice president, plant nutrition, in August 2016. Brad Griffith is responsible for directing the company’s plant nutrition division, and delivering on its growth and profitability objectives. In this role, Brad Griffith will be focused on initiatives to drive product innovation, develop customer
relationships, and build sales and distribution strategies.
Prior to joining the company, Brad Griffith was vice president, global strategic accounts at Monsanto. He brings valuable agriculture marketing experience in the areas of product development, new product commercialization, sales and marketing, and global strategy. While at Monsanto he was responsible for fostering relationships with key customers. Previously Griffith had a lengthy career in pharmaceutical and medical sales, where he held positions of increasing responsibility, most recently at Sanofi-Aventis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as pilot lead.Brad Griffith holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. He earned his MBA from Washington University, John M. Olin School of Business in St. Louis, Missouri.
