Brad Carr is a Director in Regulatory Affairs at the IIF. In leading the IIF RWA Task Force and the IIF’s advocacy on Basel capital reforms, Brad has developed IIF publications on corporate governance and credit risk management practices, as well as quantified studies on the impacts of regulations.
Brad previously worked in a variety of capacities
National Australia Bank, including credit, portfolio management and relationship management, with responsibilities for managing credit derivatives, embedding capital and liquidity dynamics into pricing models, and interpreting changes in bank regulation for their downstream market impacts and effects for bank clients.
Brad has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia and a Masters in Science & Technology Commercialization from the University of Adelaide. He is also accredited as a Certified Basel III Professional with the Basel III Compliance Professionals Association.
