Boris Rapoport is the Partner and Co-Head of Financial Services at The Vistria Group and was a Managing Director at Lightyear Capital and a member of the Investment Committee.
Before joining Lightyear in 2011, Mr. Rapoport was a Principal at FTV Capital where he spent over eight years working on private equity investments in the financial and
business services industries. Mr. Rapoport began his career as an investment banker at W.R. Hambrecht + Co., where he advised emerging growth companies on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and public equity transactions, with a focus on the financial technology industry.
Mr. Rapoport holds a B.A. and B.S. in International Studies and Economics from the Huntsman Program at the University of Pennsylvania.
