Among those is the MERJ EXCHANGE group of companies where he is a former CEO of MERJ EXCHANGE, current board member and a member of the Listing Committee. He is also presently the CEO and Managing
Director of MERJ post trade entities MERJ CLEAR and MERJ DEP.Bobby has published articles in several leading industry publications and has appeared as a guest on networks such as CNBC Africa. He is a founding member and former Chairman of the Seychelles Chapter of STEP, a member of the International Tax Planners Association (ITPA), former Vice-Chairman of the Seychelles International Financial Services Association (SIFSA) and frequently participates on various committees and steering groups relating to the Seychelles financial services sector by invitation of public sector bodies or nomination of industry associations.Bobby earned his Bsc in International Affairs w/ a concentration in Economics and Masters of Business Administration from Florida State University (USA). Prior to moving to Seychelles in 2006, Bobby was a registered lobbyist for 6 years with the State of Florida and governmental consultant to a number of clients where he worked alongside his father, Bobby Brantley (Sr.) who is the former Lt. Governor of the State of Florida.
