Over a career spanning more than 40 years, Bob has held a variety of group executive, senior executive and board roles in finance, technology and general management across the financial services and property industries. These roles included Chief Information Officer of both Westpac Group (2008 – 2011) and Commonwealth Bank of Australia (2000 –
2006), making Bob one of Australia’s leading technology executives of the last decade.
Outside of technology Bob’s senior executive roles have included Joint Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Multiplex Group, Chief Executive of State Street Australia, Chief General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of MLC Group, and Chief Financial Officer of Lend Lease Corporation. Until recently, Bob was also a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair of Alesco Corporation. He is currently a Director and Co-Founder of Mirin Group, a technology strategy advisory firm.
Bob’s multi-faceted and unique career has provided him with a wealth of strategic and operational experience which he now brings to the Mirin Capital and it's Portfolio Companies.
