Prior to joining Synergis, Mr. Haimes served as a key member of the senior executive team at eCollege for close to a decade. He provided critical strategic and product advancement leadership to help the company and the newly emerging online education industry take form and grow.

Due in part to Mr. Haimes’ contribution and strategic focus, eCollege partnered with and powered some of the largest, most successful online programs in post-secondary education, helping the company become recognized as one of the fastest growing Internet Technology companies in the U.S. at the time.

After eCollege acquired Datamark, a leading provider of marketing and lead generation services to post-secondary education, Mr. Haimes joined the Datamark management team as Executive Vice President to help the company expand offerings, improve delivery of services and advance client services.

He provided a particular focus on working with individual institutions on development and implementation of their strategies and plans.

Prior to his decade of experience in the higher education industry, Mr. Haimes had a strong track record in growing new and existing businesses by combining analysis, strategy and peer/partner collaboration to achieve breakthrough results.

He began his career with over a decade at Procter & Gamble, first in engineering and operations management and then in brand management and marketing.

Mr. Haimes has worked in other consumer industries, most recently in the wellness and fitness category.
