Since 1982 Bob has worked alongside his brother Roger in planting the first winegrape blocks to building the winery from the ground up. As dedicated General Manager from 1998 to 2014, he has been commitmented to the quality of wine produced. As of January 2015, Bob retired to enjoy many hobbies such as; riding his motorcycle, golfing, fly fishing,
and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
