With more than 20 years of investment banking experience, Mr. Cronin has
successfully executed merger and acquisition as well as capital raising and advisory assignments for a range of software, hardware, Internet and other information technology clients.
Mr. Cronin earned a B.A. in economics from Dartmouth College then continued on to the school’s Amos Tuck School of Business Administration, where he was named an Edward Tuck Scholar, and received his M.B.A.
