Prior to founding NorthStar, Mr. Carson was the tax partner in charge of Personal Financial Counseling Services at Ernst & Young, LLP in Boston. He has been providing
sophisticated tax, investment and financial solutions to top corporate executives, closely held business owners, and high net worth individuals for more than twenty-five years.
An Attorney and Certified Financial Planner, Mr. Carson is a member of numerous professional organizations and actively involved with several not for profit groups, including having served as National Chairman of the American Heart Association.
Mr. Carson received his B.S. in Accounting from Bentley College, his JD from New England School of Law and his LLM in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.
