Bob received his degree from Texas A&M before spending several years working for Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems (now AT&T Wireless) developing wireless communication solutions for small to medium-sized businesses. His passion for technology and sports led him to DFW based Radio Station KTCK – Sportsradio 1310 – The Ticket – where he
worked as a marketing manager helping develop the station’s web presence and client interaction model. As the Internet exploded, Bob developed and marketed software at Cisco Systems to integrate call center solutions with the Internet. In 2005 he co-founded ProConvergence, helping to design and create technology solutions in the residential market. Using his expertise in customer service, Bob helped to build a successful platform for supporting technology in the home. He will continue his role in Service and Technology with ProStream Digital. Bob is married with two kids in college, loves traveling, photography, making things and brewing great beer.
