Passionate about technological innovation and the owner of more than 80 patents, Dr. Boaz Eitan heads Q Core as CEO, owner and Chairman of the Board. Prior to his acquisition of Q Core, Boaz worked for many years in the semiconductor industry, including eleven years in Silicon Valley. He founded Saifun Semiconductors Ltd. based on his proprietary
invention, NROM memory technology, and led the company through an IPO on NASDAQ followed by a merger with Spansion Semiconductors. Today, products using this technology account for over $2.0 billion in annual sales. Boaz holds a BSc Physics and Mathematics, MSc and PhD in Applied Physica, all from the Hebrew Univ. in Jerusalem.
