Boaz founded Real Imaging bringing with him more than 20 years of intensive and diverse experience in R&D and project management, with a proven record in bringing innovative ideas to reality. Prior to starting Real Imaging, Boaz founded VKB (www.lumio.com) which developed and manufactures a novel virtual keyboard.
Boaz served as an R&D
manager at Unic-View, where he led a team of physicists in the development of a breakthrough electro-optic technology for a high efficiency video projector. Before that, over the course of 10 years, Boaz managed more than twenty classified R&D projects for the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) combining Optics, Electronics and Mechanics.
Boaz is the author of over 45 publications (IDF, classified) and 20 patents. Boaz holds a B.Sc in Electronic Engineering from the Jerusalem College of Technology, a Diploma in Image Processing from the Israeli Air Force Advanced Technologies Institute and a Diploma in Business Management from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
