Bo Simango is the CEO and co-founder of Aquafort, a technology startup disrupting the aquaculture industry. He has worked on a number of major capital projects across Canada, and his experience in extractive industries informed his passion and interest in natural capital, particularly food, water, and energy supply.
He has won a number of
national and international awards and was recently named one of Canada’s Clean50 emerging leaders, an award recognizing Canada’s top 50 cleantech leaders. Bo sits on the board of the Sierra Club of Canada, possesses multi-cultural fluency, and holds a B. Engineering and M.Sc.
