Bo Lin worked in the consulting company directly under the Chinese Ministry of Finance, involved in the China Life Insurance and China Construction Bank's overseas IPO and as a project manager. Mr. Lin was involved in the valuation work of a number of the domestic market listing and M & A project (such as Carrefour East equity transfer).
After joining Price Waterhouse Coopers, he engaged in financial auditing and SOX internal control and compliance audits, including that for China Unicom. In 2007, he joined the world's largest auto auction company Manheim as CFO Shanghai, responsible for internal control procedures, financial accounting, budgeting and financing. Later Mr. Lin pursued an MBA at Thunderbird in the United States. After returning to China, he joined a US listed company as Chief Financial Operations Director, establishing the company operations center. In August 2012, Mr. Lin formally joined KargoCard. Mr. Lin holds Bachelor of Management degree in Tongji University in China and holds MBA in Thunderbird School of MBA in Global Management in the United States and has awarded "Global Entrepreneurship" scholarship.
