Bo is an active advisor to startups and was one of the initial investors of Handiscover, and has lead the work with financing as chairman of the board.
Bo is also the President of the Harvard Business School Club of Sweden, the official alumni club arm of HBS in Sweden.
Bo also helps client companies build successful boards and executive
teams from his position at Amrop, a world leading executive search and human capital firm. He also consults in transformation leadership and talent strategy, conducts management assessments and appraisals, and provides integration support to executives transitioning into new roles.
As a former industry executive he has led multinational line organizations, cross-border post-merger integration, and successful corporate-wide transformation programs with documented, groundbreaking bottom line impact.
Client challenges include rapid growth, digitalization and large scale transformation. He works with industry-leading listed clients, along top tier management consulting firms, international venture capital and private equity companies to create teams and leaders for what's next.
