Blair Heil is the controller with NewRoad Capital Partners, responsible for accounting processes, including the support of current portfolio companies. Prior to joining NewRoad, she was a manager of external financial reporting at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. where she was primarily involved in filings of the company’s 10-Ks, 10-Qs and earnings releases.
Before that, Mrs. Heil spent three years working at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LLP where she served a variety of public and private clients primarily in the oil and gas industry. Mrs. Heil graduated from the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas in 2010 with a BSBA in accounting, and in 2011 with a Masters in accounting. Blair is a licensed CPA in the state of Arkansas.
