Executive Vice President Bill Wiltse directs the development of Child Rescue Coalition’s Child Protection System (CPS) and provides investigative support to law enforcement agencies around the world. for experts. He is highly technically proficient in all aspects of child exploitation investigations. He is a widely sought after international speaker as well as an instructor for CPS trainers, and provides regular expert witness testimony in criminal proceedings across the United States.
Bill has been a law enforcement officer for more than 20 years specializing in technology-based investigations and child exploitation cases. He volunteers as a Reserve Deputy with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s office and maintains his certification with the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists as a forensic computer examiner. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law enforcement with a minor in computer science from Western Oregon State College.
