Mr. Viney has built a reputation as a leading advocate for municipalities, nonprofit and corporate clients by helping to secure federal funding with emphasis on direct congressional appropriations. In assisting clients with federal funding requests, he helps them emphasize the reasons why their issue rises to one of not only national concern, but
also of concern to the members championing the request; he then helps them to position themselves against the other competing national concerns and guides them through the legislative process.
Mr. Viney previously served as Director of Federal Policy for public affairs firm Broydrick & Associates, where he directed the Washington, D.C., office and oversaw the entire federal practice. His experience also includes participating in various campaigns and serving in a Congressional office.
Mr. Viney graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a degree in Political Science
