Mr. Bill Herbert is a retired Air Force Colonel with 25 years of military experience including Wing, Major Command, HQ Air Force, Office of the Secretary of Defense and XXX years at the Pentagon.
In addition to his military career, he spent 16 years as a federal contractor with EG&G (currently URS/AECOM), WHAT OTHER MAJOR CORPS?, and RBS.
As a result, he is intimately familiar with both sides of the “public-private” partnership.
Bill has a Master’s of Science in Logistics & Acquisition from the Air Force Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s of Art in Management from the University of Notre Dame.
