During his tenure at GSA Bill also helped design the Industrial Funding Fee (IFF), e-Library, Schedule Sales Query (SSQ), and GSAdvantage!, and helped create eBuy, all of which have brought the GSA Schedule sales from $2.5 billion to more than $40 billion today.
Bill left GSA to join the Washington Management Group, where he currently serves as president and CEO, helping clients secure and manage GSA and VA Schedule contracts.
