Bill Doherty was a senior vice president of Chemicals at Axiall Corporation, where he oversees the chemicals division operational excellence and specialties teams, which include Axiall’s specialty division for compounds, additives and water treatment. He also serves as chairman of the board of Shriram-Axiall PVT Ltd., a joint venture between Axiall
and DCM Shriram, based in Delhi, India. Prior to this role, Mr. Doherty served as vice president of Axiall’s specialties business. Mr. Doherty joined Georgia Gulf Corporation in 1982 after holding several business management positions in the Plastics division at General Electric.
