In his role there as a Department Head, he oversaw financial reporting, compliance, treasury and blue sky operations. Prior to State Street, Bill held managerial positions in financial reporting and
compliance operations at Putnam Investments, Inc., and served as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co.
