Bill is a business, Human Resources and technology management executive with more than 25 years of experience focused on a principled approach
to building and driving company value with fast-paced innovation. He has a successful track record of crafting and delivering all aspects of SaaS based technology solutions from product to delivery infrastructure to business operations and client service.
Before Frontline Education, Bill served as VP of Product Development Talent Management solutions and preceding that, General Manager of Benefits Administration for ADP. Prior to their acquisition by ADP, Bill spent more than 10 years with Workscape as Chief Information Officer and Chief of Operations.
Bill has led agile development initiatives since the early 2000’s and has brought numerous product lines to market with considerable success. Bill has focused on market and customer requirements, which led to breakthrough customer satisfaction for many of his Human Capital Management initiatives. He has extensive experience in infrastructure design, implementation and data center operations globally.
Bill built the architecture for award-winning platforms at GM, IBM and Cisco, including the first employee portal for GM/Daimler Chrysler. He attended Stonehill College in Massachusetts and has served as a town board member focusing on school district funding.
