Bhaskar is the co-founder and CEO of eDRV — a San Francisco-based software startup focusing on connected electric vehicle charging infrastructure. eDRV aims to bring Stripe-like ease of integration and functionality to EV charging by using an API-first approach to charging management.
Prior to this, he founded Mynergy — an advisory firm providing
clean energy enterprises with access to finance. Bhaskar's career began with a 5-year long stint in the semiconductor equipment industry with KLA-Tencor. Between 2011 and 2018, he led India operations for the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), a U.S. based environmental non-profit organization. His role involved engaging with clean energy companies, banks, and the government to promote the use of green bonds for the financing of clean energy technologies. At NRDC, he also played an active role in the Paris Agreement and the Montreal Protocol Kigali Amendment.
He holds Bachelor and Master of Technology degrees in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras and an MBA from INSEAD. Bhaskar currently lives in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
