Beverley Atkinson is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in professional negligence law. She is a legal director and solicitor advocate based in their Edinburgh office. She is dual qualified in both Scotland and England & Wales.
Beverley specialises in defending professional negligence claims against surveyors,
solicitors and construction and financial services professionals. Beverley has experience of handling complex claims of significant value. She is an experienced litigator and also an advocate of ADR, having experience of mediation. She provides commercial and cost effective advice and is instructed by major insurers.
