Before joining Intel, Crair was vice president of DXi Engineering at Quantum Corporation. Earlier in her career, she held a variety of senior management and engineering positions at Burroughs (later, Unisys), Cadence Design Systems, Cisco Systems, Educomp and Sun Microsystems. Her tenure at Sun included being honored with the Sun Microsystems Leadership Award in 2005.
