As the founder and former CEO of Professional Dynamics, Inc. (“PDI”), Betti brings over 40 years of clinical expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to her team and clients and spearheaded the creation of innovative and cost-effective customized programs and services that are now the backbone of PDI.
A graduate of Loma Linda University, Betti first
became involved in the managed care services industry in 1974, when she was hired as a Field Case Manager with Intracorp in Hawaii. Her early experiences included managing a team of over 40 nurses responsible for dealing with catastrophic cases within the Pacific Rim, including the Philippines and Indonesia.
Betti founded and incorporated PDI in Washington in 1981, and expanded the business to provide Nurse Case Management, Utilization Review, MPN Administration, triage/early intervention, prescription management, and a 24/7 First Report of Injury/Nurse Advice hotline.
Betti splits her time between California and Hawaii, where she served a full four-year term as a Board Member for Castle Medical Center in Kailua, Hawaii.
