Beth Paradis brings more than 20 years of technical experience to Omtool, where she currently serves as Vice President of Technical Services. Her leadership skills, combined with more than 10 years of experience managing product release cycles and Partner programs, allows her to bring a team-driven and customer-first approach to the technical
service department. Previously, Beth was the Director of Quality Assurance, and was responsible for the oversight of a team of test engineers, as well as the management of the Technical Documentation and Training departments. She first joined Omtool in 1994, and worked in the Technical Support department where she was responsible for managing overall client experience, and contributed feature requests to engineering, influencing future product direction. Beth is a graduate of Hesser College’s Quality Management program.
