I have been developing software and using digital design tools since childhood and decided to make that passion into a career, spending over 20 years designing and developing for the web. Prior to co-founding Enbroaden, a digital product agency, I gained significant experience and knowledge working at McKinsey & Company. I’m also a startup
veteran, having co-founded Netminds, a digital publishing and media platform.
I currently serve as the Chairperson of Innovate Pasadena, a nonprofit organization established to create a vibrant ecosystem of technology and design innovation that supports sustainable economic growth in the greater Pasadena area. I am also a member of the Santa Monica College's Interaction Design Advisory Board, have served two terms on the Board of Directors for the South Lake Business Association PBID, co-manage an engineering leadership network of 1,000 CTOs called CTO Slackers., and received recognition by the California 41st Assembly District as a 2016 Woman of Distinction Nominee.
