Bert Jones brings over 30 years of experience as a private venture investor and business strategist to ShopVisible, where he serves as Chairman and lead investor. Jones’ proficiencies lie in creating, funding, managing and growing emerging businesses. His portfolio has focused on ecommerce, online marketing, alternate energy, and computer hardware
and software applications. He has held management roles in several of his portfolio companies and strategic roles in all. Subsequent to his formal education, Mr. Jones was associated with Deloitte Haskins & Sells in Houston, where he was responsible for consulting services to emerging businesses.
Jones holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Texas, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Trinity University with studies in computer software and mechanical engineering.
