Mr. Prusaczyk is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and a technology executive with more than twenty-five years of leadership in various industries, ranging across medical devices, mobility software, life sciences data management, search and database technologies, business intelligence solutions, and printing technologies. Mr. Prusaczyk
held executive management roles in these organizations, providing leadership in a number of areas. He has been at the core of several start-up entities during his career from pre-revenue to rapid revenue growth and successful exits. Of note in the start-up arena, Mr. Prusaczyk's sales leadership helped grow a division at Agfa (now Monotype Imaging) from less than $2M to over $30M during his tenure. Mr. Prusaczyk led three of Polaroid's New Business divisions as the sales and marketing leader – holography, eyewear and a cellular phone venture. In 1999, Mr. Prusaczyk joined NuGenesis Technologies as vice president of Worldwide Business Development and Channels, helping the company grow from $0 to $25M and exited with the successful sale to Waters Corporation in 2004. As Vice President of Easy Ask, Mr. Prusaczyk helped to position the company for sale to Progress Software. For Progress, Mr. Prusaczyk led the search and information retrieval software business through profitable years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Prusaczyk returned to his passion of developing young companies as Principal of Merrimack Valley Ventures. During the past year, Mr. Prusaczyk and his team helped develop and position several companies ranging from medical device startups to SAAS entities before aligning with Virtual Incubation Company to form Atlantic VIC, the sister entity on the east coast.
