Bernard J. Erickson Jr., CLEP, LC, CLMC, has 33 years of experience in the energy industry. He currently serves as a division manager of Facilities Solutions Group.
Previously, Bernie served as the CEO and president of O.K. Electric Supply Company, where he began working in 1980. He founded Energy Solutions, a full-service provider of energy
conservation upgrades, and he has successfully re-lit many Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States.
A director of CRS Electronics Inc. since November 2011, he also serves as president of The National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professions and is a member of the Illuminating Engineering Society, The Association of Energy Engineers, The Mid-Atlantic Solar Energy Industries Association, The New Jersey Sustainable Business Alliance, and The Demand Side Management Society. He has served as an expert witness on technical lighting issues.
Bernie holds the LC credential from the National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professions, The Certified Lighting Efficiency Professional certification from the Association of Energy Engineers, and the Certified Lighting Management Consultant certification from the National Association of Lighting Maintenance Companies.
Bernie earned a BA in communications/business from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, and an MBA in marketing from Montclair State University (New Jersey).
