Berke Bakay has served as our Chief Executive Officer and President since January 2012 and as a director of our company since October 2009. Mr. Bakay is the founder and managing member of BBS Capital Management, LP, a Texas limited partnership that serves as the investment manager to the BBS Capital Fund, LP. BBS Capital Fund, LP is currently the
largest stockholder of Kona Grill, Inc. Mr. Bakay also serves as a director of Arabella Exploration Inc. (NYSE: AXPLF).
