Benoît Leman has been Managing Partner of Finalyse Group since November 2013. In his role, he is in charge of Finalyse strategy and corporate finance. As Chairman of the Partners Board, he steers the development of Finalyse operations in Europe.
Since Benoît joined Finalyse in 1996, he has developed a unique expertise in the design and
implementation of valuation, ALM and risk management systems for top banking and insurance institutions in Europe, bridging the gap between business requirements and complex information systems, all this in a fast moving regulatory environment. He became a Partner of Finalyse in 2001.
From early 2008 until November 2013, Benoît was acting as Resources Director for Finalyse Group. In this role, he was responsible for consolidating group services and building up a unique platform of internal services - amongst others finance, human resources and ICT - to the benefit of Finalyse business entities.
In 2013, he successfully steered the management buy-out (MBO) of the company, leading a transaction that was supported by the key managers of the consulting company and bringing around the table several private investors, principally coming from the finance and banking world.
Benoît holds a Master's degree in Business Engineering.
