Benjamin T. Brickner is an associate in the firm’s corporate and finance practice group and is resident in the New York office.
Ben’s practice focuses on corporate finance, securities and capital markets transactions. He counsels clients on bank finance, initial public offerings (IPOs), early-stage and start-up venture financings, SEC compliance,
and broker-dealer and registered investment advisor compliance. Ben also has experience with community development and real estate finance involving federal tax credits as an investment feature, including the New Markets Tax Credit program.
Prior to joining Manatt, Ben was counsel in the Democracy Program at the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU School of Law. Prior to that, he was an associate at an international law firm in its Corporate Department and Real Estate Group.
